Lower Back exercises
The erector spinae is the paired column that extends the spine and fights flexion under a deadlift or back extension. This hub is lower-back-primary work: hyperextensions, good mornings when tagged that way, and hinges whose target is the erectors rather than the hamstrings. Deadlift variations may appear or may sit on a hip-extensor hub depending on how the catalog assigned the target role. That assignment is the rule; this page does not re-score every hinge. Load and spinal position are the risk; the how-to on each card is where cues live. Searchers looking for lower back exercises often want rehab-sounding work. MyoAtlas only lists catalog movements and does not give medical advice. Use similar exercises to stay on spinal extension, then pick equipment you can load safely.
