Rhomboids exercises
The rhomboids sit between the scapula and the spine and retract the shoulder blades. They are the muscles a chest-dominant lifter cannot feel until a row is performed with a pause at the chest. Catalog entries here are retraction-biased rows and band pull-aparts tagged as rhomboid work, not every back movement. Because they are deep to the trapezius, many rows will still list traps as a synergist on the card. If you arrived from the back group hub, this page is the mid-back slice. Equipment is cables, bands, dumbbells, or a chest-supported machine that lets you stop using the hips. The atlas will not diagnose winged scapulae. It will show the movements stored for this muscle and link siblings on the same group.
