Legs exercises

Legs in MyoAtlas span quads, hamstrings, glutes, adductors, calves, and the tibialis. Squats and lunges load the knee; hinges and hip thrusts load the hip; calf raises load the ankle. The map lets you drop from this group hub onto one of those muscles when “legs” is too broad. Quad-dominant work sits next to posterior-chain hinges so a beginner does not only see leg extensions. Gluteus medius and adductors have their own cards because frontal-plane work is not a squat. Calves and tibialis are here for completeness, not as an afterthought buried in a bodybuilding split. Equipment ranges from barbells and machines to split-stance bodyweight. This page is the atlas slice for lower-body movements, not a 5×5 template or running plan.
