教练提示
姿势要点
The height of the box or bench you step up onto should be such that your knee is at a 90-degree angle when your foot is on the box. If the box is too high, you may strain your knee or hip. If it's too low, you won't get the full benefit of the exercise.
A common mistake is to use momentum to propel yourself up onto the box. This not only reduces the effectiveness of the exercise but also increases the risk of injury. Instead, push through your heel to step up onto the box, focusing on using your muscles rather than momentum.
