Biceps exercises
The biceps brachii flexes the elbow and supinates the forearm. Both heads share one hub because searchers ask for biceps, not long-head versus short-head isolation. Curls with a bar, EZ bar, dumbbell, or cable fill most of this list. Chin-ups appear when the catalog marks biceps as the target rather than a lat synergist. Grip changes the story: supinated curls hit the biceps; hammer grips feed the brachialis that sits under them and still belongs in an arm search. Stretch-position preacher and incline curls versus squeeze-position concentration curls are different entries, not one mad-lib. Forearm muscles stabilize every curl; they have their own hub if that is what you wanted. Open a card for cues, then use similar exercises to stay on elbow flexion.
