Glutes exercises

Gluteus maximus extends the hip. Hip thrusts, glute bridges, and many squats and hinges list it as the target. This hub is that big hip extensor, not the medius, which has its own page for abduction. A Romanian deadlift may live here or on hamstrings according to the stored muscle role. That is deliberate: the atlas does not re-tag every hinge to chase a keyword. People search “glute exercises” for thrusts, kickbacks, and lunges. Those patterns are here with the equipment actually in the database. The map highlight is the posterior hip on the back figure. Similar cards prefer matching equipment so a barbell thrust does not recommend a band kickback first. No booty program, no influencer split — discovery only.
